Will it survive real wind?
Yes. 10 double ribs in fiberglass, not 6 thin metal ribs.
- Fiberglass bends and springs back instead of staying bent.
- In an extreme gust it may fold, then comes straight back into shape.
- If it fails in the first 90 days, you get your money back.

Clips to your bag. Comes home with you
On the train, at a café, or on your way out: a loose umbrella is easy to leave behind.
The handle has a built-in clip. Hook it onto a bag loop or strap to keep it with your things, without taking up another hand.
90 days
Use it in real rain. Keep it only if it holds up.

Does it protect from the sun too?
Yes. The canopy has a UV coating rated UPF50+ that blocks 99% of UV rays. It works as a sun umbrella in summer.
Will it really hold in strong wind?
Yes, that is what the frame is for.
- 10 double ribs in fiberglass bend under a gust and spring back. Thin metal ribs stay bent.
- In an extreme gust it can fold. Point it into the wind and it comes back into shape.
- If it ever breaks in the first 90 days, you get your money back.
How big is it?
- Closed: about 30 cm. Fits a tote, a backpack or a car door pocket.
- Open: 58 cm ribs. Enough for you and your bag, or two people close together.
Is it hard to close?
One press closes it. Then you push the handle in by hand.
- Press the button: the canopy closes on its own.
- Push the handle back into the shaft until it clicks. It takes a firm push: that is the spring that opens it by itself next time.
- Wrap the strap around it and it stays closed.
Is it heavy?
About 500 g, the weight of a small bottle of water.
- Heavier than a throwaway umbrella because the frame is built to take wind, not to be light.
- Made to live clipped to your bag, in a tote or in the car door, not in a jacket pocket.
